His followup continued strong through the inspection process & even with managing some difficulties with the seller...Jack even filled in the "gaps" the seller/seller's agent was casually letting slip due to the seller's own negligence/lack-of-thoroughness to make sure the process was cue'd up efficiently for us to reach all benchmarks with the inspections/financing etc.

Jack helped coordinate the process effectively from viewing to communicating with the seller to determine what bids made sense, through the inspection process & towards wrapping things up with the sale, even offering useful contacts for aspects like carpet or paint. Jack wont push you to make a "quick sale", but he will be there to understand your needs to help you make the best moves when the time is right for you.
